Membership VISION for the I.O.R.G. in Massachusetts
Grow each assembly to a healthy status of 30 members each; filling the 20 offices, flags and adding new members for each majority loss.
Reunite our fraternal family, together we can make a difference in our communities.
Begin Pledge groups for each assembly in order that membership will continue to grow in each location. Majority Members can faciliate this group.
Strengthen Advisory Boards with new members and provide training to create opportunities of excellence.
Increase membership programs to stimulate new interest with a wide variety of activities.
Recruit Majority Members to provide role models for today's membership.
Utilize our 501C3 status to gain marketing acess to free press, radio and television and the internet.
Reopen closed assemblies to serve those communities where Rainbow is not presently offered.
Create a New England Presence in the North East United States with demonstrations of Excellent citizenship programs through community service.
