GCC Banquet Information
Grand Cross of Color in Massachusetts

Dear Fellow Master,
This year our Annual Grand Cross of Color Banquet will be held on Sunday, November 15, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. On this date, the Masters of the Grand Cross of Color will have the opportunity to renew their Obligation of Service to the International Order of the Rainbow for Girls in appreciation of the honor bestowed upon them.
This 90th year we will be hosting one statewide banquet, to allow all Masters who would like to travel in daylight to attend. The banquet will be held at the Worcester Masonic Hall, 1 Ionic Ave, Worcester, MA 01608 at 2pm in the afternoon. Please consider carpooling together, and enjoy the friend and fellowship of other Masters for the day.
RESERVATIONS: Must include your name as it was signed in the Vow Book with your married name added (example: Betty Anderson Smith) the name and number of the Assembly where you were designated and a check payable to the person taking the reservations. If reservations are made for more than one Master, each name and Assembly name and number must be listed separately. Reservations close November 9th. Please make your reservations early.
Banquet will cost $12, and the meal will consist of: Salad, Lasagna, Rolls and Dessert. This includes rental fee of the hall.

IDENTIFICATION: Grand Cross of Color Membership Card and a current dues card, Majority Certificate or Marriage Majority Certificate must be shown for admittance. Grand Cross of Color Medallion must be worn.
LOST MEMBERSHIP CARDS AND MEDALLIONS: If you lost either the Membership Card or the Medallion, you can get the proper form for replacement by doing the following: go on the www.gorainbow.org site, click on Q & A and the Alumni. The form you need will be listed here, it is ONLY a “pdf” file. You will be able to fill out the form and mail it back to Supreme Assembly. Please do this in a timely manner so that you will have the appropriate card or medallion.
DRESS CODE: No pantsuits for women and girls, but skirts or dresses are fine for the day. Jacket and tie for men.
We sincerely hope that the attendance at the banquet this year will be larger than they have been in previous years.
